All room bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed with valid details. Upon arrival, guests are required to present a government-issued photo ID for verification purposes. Guests must adhere to the standard check-in and check-out times unless otherwise arranged with our team.

Payments

Full payment for the stay must be made at or before the time of check-in. We accept multiple payment modes including UPI, major debit and credit cards, and net banking.

Guest Conduct

Our guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow guests, staff, and hotel property. Any kind of misconduct, nuisance, or damage to property will result in penalties and may lead to denial of further service. Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms and designated no-smoking areas within the property.

Liability

Balaji Comfort Home will not be held liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings unless they are entrusted to the hotel’s front desk for safekeeping. Guests are responsible for their own valuables. Any form of damage to the property caused by a guest will be subject to repair or replacement costs as assessed by management.
