Refund Policy

We recognize that travel plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. Our refund policy has been designed to be as transparent and guest-friendly as possible.

Cancellations

If a guest wishes to cancel their reservation, they may do so up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time for a full refund of the booking amount. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a cancellation charge equivalent to one night's stay.

No-Shows

In the event of a no-show, where the guest fails to arrive without prior notification, the booking will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for any refund.

Processing Time

All approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment and may take up to 7 working days to reflect in the account.
